Greetings:

Now I don't want to use BBCode, I want to use this purely to have the ease of use of no popups to insert bolded text, italics, images, etc.

For an example if I had a button marked "heading" it would open the little hover over window and ask for Heading Text and then output it to the textarea as <heading>Heading Text</heading>

I know this can be done with javascript but I'm trying avoid javascript popups.
