Had a question about Buzzcast...

We have people registering on our site, www.dancescape.TV who want to watch online dance videos. We ask a set of questions specific to our audience, such as interest in dance styles (e.g., Hip Hop, Ballroom, Latin, Flamenco, Break Dancing, etc., etc.), as well as other information. Our list consist of both people who subscribe to watch our FREE online dance videos, as well as customers who purchase products.

If you could register at www.dancescape.TV/register ,you'll see what I mean by the current form they submit, etc.

Also, we use UBB at www.myDanceFriends.com which is standalone at the moment and not integrated to our DanceScape.TV database. This database is starting to grow so don't want too many separate databases of registrants!

My question is how would I integrate my current system with Buzzcast? If they register for www.dancescape.TV then we have that info., but if we want people to subscribe and continuing to go into our database, then does that mean we would each time have to generate an email list and then submit through your system?

We have a custom email broadcast system which is text based, but I like many of your reporting features.

Anyway, if you could give more insight into this, would be great.

Your question has been one of our most frequent so far, integrating user database with our message board products. We had a feeling this would be big request and we're talking about how we can roll something out in the future to offer a total solution for you.

Well, it would be possible to drop in an iFrame with buzzcast stuff, or if you run php, I could help you build a php page that would send your list to buzzcast. Or make a link to "Manage my email preferences. With Buzzcast, you can set up as many "Interest Areas" as you want...
