Hello,

When sending out a campaign before we never used to be sent the error messages when an email address was incorrect. Now however, we recieve these, and by the 100s !

I have tried changing the email address the emails are sent from before but have never managed to get it to change properly or sufficiently in order for it to stop these messages coming to the email address used when we signed up with buzzcast. This email address is a fellow employees and as you can imagine spending half a day sifting through this cr*p is not much fun or very effective.

Can you pls tell me in which exact places in the buzzcast control panel I need to change the email address in order for this not to happen again ?

If you would do me a huge favor and open up a Support Ticket for Buzzcast - giving me your email address and password for that buzzcast account.

Sorry for the hassle - once I figure out what you need to do I suspect that I can post here and on your ticket what needs to happen.
