I cancelled my Infopop account some time ago (even though we loved you, we moved to our own server). Unfortunately, our e-mail lists are still showing up as active.

These lists are:
Cemetery Dance Publications
J. K. Potter
Friends of Malcasa Point

I'd like to have those lists removed, and to have current subscriber lists e-mailed to me at webking@cemeterydance.com, just in case anyone has joined since I cancelled our service.

Is there someone out there who can help me with this? Thanks!

I have deactivated your lists - if you would like me to send you updates then we will need to collect service for the months you have been inactive to cover the labor to pull the lists back up.

I am mildly annoyed that I would have to pay to receive copies of my subscriber lists since I consider it your fault, not mine, that your site continued to invite people to join my lists after I had cancelled my service. I have also had it pointed out to me that since my Cemetery Dance list appeared to be one of the largest on Buzzcast, it may have been some small benefit to you to keep it listed rather than removing it. However, since my experience with Buzzcast was nothing but positive -- I continue to recommend your service to my clients -- I can't imagine that this situation was anything but a simple mistake and I'm going to let it go.

In any case I will pass on the opportunity to purchase my updated lists. I have not been using the system for several months and the cost would not be worth the potential benefit.

I understand, thank you. I suspect that if the lists were not linked to your site that the chances are very, very slim that anyone added themselves to your lists.
