I sent one test around 3:00pm, another at 3:30pm and then a "receive test email" option as well. None of them have shown up yet -- all other email is getting through just fine.

It's possible that there is a large mailing in front of you in the queue. You might want to open a support ticket to confirm that is the case and there is not a technical problem preventing your mailing.

There is quite a chunk of emails in the queue right now; Brett is checking to ensure that there's no server difficulty that will keep them from going through.

Those should be flowing again - we had some internal configuration items to clean up and new items hitting the queue should go out pretty quickly from this point forward
