Generating HTML to join a list, it would seem that a user can only sign up for one list at a time. Is it possible to build a form like this:

Good question and as far as I am aware the answer is 'no'. We require double-opt in for the folks coming through the front door so you would need to confirm twice and then receive two emails.

It's something we can put on the request list so that you get a confirmation page that indicates what list(s) you signed up for and then receive a confirmation mail for each therafter.
