Ok, I specify the reply to email address in the account options of buzzcast.
I recieve the email I send out (I'm on the list to verify the email was sent and when) and hit reply to check and what do I see ? devnull@buzzcast.com This is the 2nd time it's been wrong which could be costing us a lot of responses. Please sort this out asap |

Do you have the Accept Subscriber Replies set to "YES" on that list? The default is NO so if you did not change it then it's going to be devnull
I did a great deal of testing in this space so I will need to know if you have it set to YES and that's what is showing up in your mail. Regards, Brett Harris Infopop Corporation |

Ignore subscriber replies?
That is set to Yes. If we set it to No would we keep getting emails when an email address is wrong. Because currently this is a massive problem we're having (see other post). Thankyou |
