Ok, I specify the reply to email address in the account options of buzzcast.

I recieve the email I send out (I'm on the list to verify the email was sent and when) and hit reply to check and what do I see ?

devnull@buzzcast.com

This is the 2nd time it's been wrong which could be costing us a lot of responses.

Please sort this out asap

Do you have the Accept Subscriber Replies set to "YES" on that list? The default is NO so if you did not change it then it's going to be devnull

I did a great deal of testing in this space so I will need to know if you have it set to YES and that's what is showing up in your mail.

That is set to Yes.

If we set it to No would we keep getting emails when an email address is wrong. Because currently this is a massive problem we're having (see other post).
