I'm a new buzzcast user, and have a question about the "unsubscribe" function.
I have sent a test message to a small test group in our office. The message includes the instruction "To unsubscribe from this list, click here." When someone in our office clicks on the link, they are taken to a page that says "Welcome to our new e-mail broadcast list.
To protect you and your subscriptions, a confirmation email has been sent to .
To finalize your unsubscribe action, you must click the link in that email. Thank you!" but there is no email address indicating where the confirmation message was sent, nor does the person receive the confirmation message. Are we doing something wrong?

I also addressed this in your questions shark ticket.

This is indeed a bug that popped up Monday (We lost a server, but luckily no user data)

We should have the fix reimplemented by COB today.

I am having the same problem, but for subscriptions. A person types in their e-mail address and a password and then gets a message that an e-mail will be sent to their e-mail address, but the address is blank. What's the fix to this problem?
