The information we send to our subscribers is extremely time sensitive. (Sports news from Footballguys.com) In weeks past, there has been a lag time of just a few minutes between the time I sent the mail and the time it arrived to our readers. This is what we became used to using yahoo groups email distribution.

Yesterday around 4 PM ET, I sent several "breaking news" messages that took 4+ hours to arrive. This makes me look like an idiot with my customers.

What kind of time frame can I expect and what can we do about this problem?
