I'm getting reports that my emails are not reaching some recipents. The common thread may be AOL. Is there any way to determine this? Is there a report on bounces or undeliverables?

When you create a new list move the radio button for "Ignore subscriber replies?" to "No" and that should get the bounces back to you. It will also get the "out of office" notices back to you as well.

When the bounces come back see if there is a common thread between them.

AOL displays the sender of the message as

mailbot@buzzcast.com

I suspect many are discarding due to suspected spam. They need to see my address as the sender. Hotmail and Yahoo display at least both or only my address as the sender.

Any way to change this?

When you configure a new campaign, check the mail fields in the configuration screens - I believe that is where you change those.

When I send a message to a compuserve classic account (which a good number of one of my email lists have) they do not recieve the text version of the campain. This is what they recieve.

How does the client read the mail? What utility is used? Unix/linux client?

That isn't the text version. That would be or should be text/plain. The user can log into buzzcast and change their preferences to text. Other wise they get the html. Have they done so?

Honor The Victims

This is all the user sees when they log on and get a password, no text only option. As far as I can see the text only functionality does not work. I need to get this resolved ASAP or I'll have to stop using the product.
