I'm leaving for vacation in less than one hour and I can't get this thing to work. I clicked "get html" on our list and pasted in the code for subscribing. I had another person in the office attempt to subscribe and it gave them a login page that would not allow them to subscribe. So I found the link to send them straight to I need to include a message to our 3000+ subscribers explaining how to use the newservice and I want to provide a link that takes them straight to getting an auto generated password. I found this:

...but nowhere in that url is our customer ID. Will this link work? I don't want to have 3000 people emailing me to ask where they need to click on another page. HELP!

Also, the email notification time is really really slow.

Why would it need a customer ID? They can be on many lists... so customer doesn't necessarily tie to subscriber... It will work... They just enter an email, and it generates a password for all their lists.

Also, notifications by email are 5 minutes or less... we send a mail batch every five minutes...

Thanks, I was uncertain if it worked that way - or if we had a more individualized account. Understood about the notification. There should be a message in there that says the five minute part, as it seems to err on the side of more than 4 minutes. We all thought it was broken and started subscribing using several employees, only to bebombarded later with several email responses for each address.

I added some copy to the page that notes that it may take 5 minutes smile
