We have a guy that wants to monitor his Forum from work. Trouble is he can only use e-mail. Now if we Popit all the messages to him can he somehow send an e-mail that will get posted to the forum if he needs to?

No, he cannot post directly via email. In the popit notification emails, you receive HTML that includes a reply button, but technically you are bringing up a browser when you click on it to reply/post.

Could I suggest that you move it up the list of to-dos? A lot of people work in places where they aren't allowed to use browsers but are allowed to use e-mail. It would help them stay in touch throughout the day.
