There isn't a way of automatically upgrading a member's status based on their post count. However, you can manually change their member title to reflect this.

Example: You can search for members with certain minimum post counts and then change their member title from 'Member' to say '<img src="fivestars.gif" alt="Five Star Member!" /><br />Senior Member'

The ability to automatically set custom titles based on post count is a feature I'd like to see added. UBB.classic just recently got it, and I don't think its a stretch for UBB.x.

Custom graemlins are not available yet either, but they are a highly requested feature.
