I remember seeing somewhere how to create a file that can redirect a URL to my community. Does anyone know how to create this file (step by step)?

There are a couple of ways to do a URL redirect. The most common is:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="30; URL=http://www.hotwired.com/frontdoor/index.html">

put that^ in your header section of the page you want to redirect and replace
http://www.hotwired.com/frontdoor/index.html with the address you want the page to go to.
