I just went looking for the best FTP program. The reason was, I wanted a program that allowed me to change bulk file permissions. IglooPRO FTP v3.3 was the winner. Just hilight the files that you want to change, right click on the group, select chmode, enter what you want the group to be and click ok. All the files are updated. The program as many more features that are useful in maintaining your UBB without command line access.
