I was posting a topic that has both BGSOUND and a meta tag to go to another page after 10 seconds in a favorite InfoPop board but it gave me a message "It jacks up our boards" (BGSOUND or the meta refresh tag?) so should I assume that most boards won't allow these features?

I want to know what boards will allow bgsound and the meta tag "refresh" which makes continuous presentation available.. am I right in assuming that very few boards allow these functions?

If so then I can then be more pround of my board that allows these, it makes for great instructional designs!! Thanks for your time and I am very open to comments and ideas of usefullness of these features.
