Help. I see no attach option in eve's mass email. I would like to send our 3 page newsletter to our members.

How do I go about this? Do I have to host the file and somehow point to the file in the email as code or something.

I really don't know how to do an html email, with the file right inside the email, although that would be even better than an attachment.

Any help is appreciated.

Groupee's mass email system does not currently allow attachments.

You could do as you suggested, and include in your email a link to the PDF on your site. Just upload your file to the server, and give the address to it. For example, if you uploaded it to your home directory it might look something like http://www.mycommunity.groupee.net/newsletter.pdf

I'll let someone who's better at HTML than I am discuss using that approach.

OK, thanks for that option. I believe it would be better to send it as an html page right within the email, so I'll hold out for the weekend to see if I can figure out how to do it that way, or if others can fuide me through it.

If all else fails, I will use a link.

you can save as an html page from within acrobat.

file->save as->choose html

flyingember, Do I then just attach it in the email? How does the recipiant's email client show the html like a page when it is an attachment?
