Bare with me, it's my first day setting up the InfoPop forum. I am trying to get rid of the EVE logo on the top of the page and keep changing it but it won't take. Is the file too big?

Hi Gail! Just to make sure we're on the same page, you're trying to change the Eve logo at the top of the page in your control panel > Eve > Display > Settings > Edit (for whichever style you're using) > Images? Are you sure you clicked the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page after changing the URL of the image? If you have, there may be a problem, and you should probably put in a support ticket. We'll be happy to help you figure this out.

does it have to be a .gif file?

No, you can use .jpg as well. As long as you have a complete URL to the .gif or .jpg, it should work.

do I take out the www.

that shouldn't matter - you can use the www. or not. the important thing is that the URL that you're pasting into the field for that image will display the image if you insert it into the address bar of your browser...

You can also turn if off entirely in the Eve -> Master Settings -> Advanced -> "Display Title Graphic"

Uncheck it and no title graphic at all will display.

If you want to change the graphic to your own, find the full URL to the image. E.g. http://mydomain.com/images/myimage.jpg
and paste it into the place for the title image in your 'eve' style. (That is the style you have assigned, I think.)

You may be trying to update the wrong style, or you may be pasting in an incomplete URL.

HI, I see the logo that i want, it appears on the set up page...I have pasted the url, it is found on another website...but then it doesn't come up. I will keep trying with some other images, just to see if I can change it.
