What categories make up total impressions that come with the Groupee stats? I hear a lot of sites speak in terms of total impressions.

Are you talking about advertising impressions? If so, your ad company should be able to gie you those stats. If you are looking for page views, which would essentially show one ad impression, that may be where you want to start looking.
