I'm wondering how to eliminate html tags in the digests that are delivered to our subscribers -- they don't appear in all posts and I'm trying to figure out how and when they appear since posts from the same person sometimes have them and sometimes don't... But the nut of the problem is that they make reading the digests a bit tedious... What can I do about this?

Hi Jason,

We are currently aware of HTML tags showing up in digest and notification emails. We still haven't been able to determine when they do show up and when they don't. If you are able to determine what causes them to appear, please let us know, as it would help us in solving the problem

They seem to appear less in the Quick Reply responses...

But they do still show up from time to time even with the quick reply?
