I am trying to mass e-mail a monthly newsletter to all of my 3000+ members. I only see how to send to 50 members at a time. How can I select all members and send them my HTML newsletter?

There's a checkbox that allows you to select "All (Across All Result Pages)".

If you are sending your newsletter to 3000+ people, I *highly* recommend making sure the "Honor Opt-Outs" option is checked on the "Send Mass Email" page.

With a member base that large, you want to take as many steps as possible to ensure your recipients don't decide to mark the email as spam. Honoring opt-outs is the best way to ensure your mass email gets a receptive audience.
