The biggest problem I have with Groupee/Eve is that it is not secure enough to block postings by the same spammers day after day. The product seems to attract these spammers.

I get dozens of spam posts for "free ringtones".

I don't want to force registration for people who want to add short, quick comments to the discussions.

Can you please add a feature that rejects posts based on the use of a banned word from a administrator-defined list?

The UBB boards had a feature that did not display words that were "banned". Is that possible?

Have you already checked out the "Trigger Word" lists?

This sounds like what you're describing.

If you go to your control panel and then go to Forums > Master Settings > Advanced, you'll see a section entitled "Content Moderation Triggers" at the bottom.

Add any trigger words you wish, then check the "Require approval before content goes live" box, and hit "Save Settings."

Any posts that contain trigger words will automatically be placed in the Content Management Approval Queue and will not be viewable by the public until the posts are officially approved.

For example, if you chose the trigger words "ringtone" or "cellphone" you would have a chance to review posts similar to your examples before they show up in the forum.
