We have begun deploying version 1.2.14 to all sites this week, beginning today, 5/30/2006 and finishing 5/31/2006. No downtime is expected.

The Version 1.2.14 release contains the change in product name, back to "eve community" from "Groupee Community." This release also has a short list of bug fixes and other small items. Version notes are posted in the version notes forum.

Note that we are pushing out an update for 1.2.14 early next week that will add an option for community admins to determine which mount point URL they want to use, assuming that more than one mount point has been available to them in the past.

What this means is that if you were a customer when we were using /groupee in your community URL, you can keep using that, if you prefer, rather than the new /eve URL. By default, all URLs willbe /eve, so you will need to change this in your control panel if you want to revert back to /groupee.

You will find this switch in the Eve Master Settings, Advanced Tab, in the "Display" section there. If you are a new customer who never had a /groupee URL then you will not see the option.

Again, this should be pushed out to everyone by early next week.

The switch has been deployed to all sites now. Again, if you never had a /groupee address you will not see this switch.
