Some Spam blockers do not allow you to white-list email senders that are on the Spoofed Sender list. Groupee/Infopop is on the list for some reason. Any ideas as to why or how Groupee can get of the list, it is a list for non-spammers.

Hi Dave- can you provide more details. What spam blocking program/service are you referring to?

This is the info we are getting from our members. I do not have the service/program name. Do you know why these emails go directly to the spam folder?

A lot of new email addresses go straight to spam filters. Users should always be monitoring their personal spam filters to see what is NOT junk so they can train their spam filters to know what is truly good versus what is bad. This is true whether the email is from Infopop, Groupee, Microsoft, Ebay, or any company.

Greetings Dave B,

I have noticed of late that many legitimate email content providers will stipulate to be sure to add them to your "white list" so that they are not inadvertently spam blocked.

With spam becoming an ever growing problem, spam blockers are becoming increasingly strict against apparent spam.

It's much simpler to determine whether an email is from a spam source or your aunt, than it is to determine whether an email is from a spam source or another desired content provider.

Hopefully that helps.
