OK -- I know how to login to my Groupee forum backend, but there's also some other login I used to know where I could login to my subdomain manager for my forums, including a file manager where I could upload files.

The URL for that login is http://yourdomainname.com/config

If you don't have the login and password for that, you can get it by logging on to our system at http://eve.groupee.com/account/ and then choose "Eve Customer Account".

Note that the login information stored in the Eve Customer Account area is the last known password. If you've changed it since you set up your site with us, there's a good chance the password recorded there is wrong. If it doesn't work, you can submit a support ticket to have it reset.
