One of our potantial members emailed this to us...
"Anyway. what happened is that I registered but then whenever I get on it says my account is not yet validated. So I click on the "validation" link, but then it says "your account has already been validated". Yet, when I go to post a message it says I have not been validated yet. So something is wrong. I dont know what it is, though."

Please help solve this.

Jenny- Please submit a support ticket and reference the user and error messages there. There are no known issues with validation/verification. My guess is that terminology needs clarification for the user, but if there is an issue, looking at your specific community settings and knowing more about the user in question will help us help you.

Validation refers to membership approval- something that control as admin. I have no idea if you are manually approving memberships or not. Verification, on the other hand, refers to email verfication... the process by which a user clicks on a link in an email to prove the email address is theirs.
