Hi -

We are new to GROUPEE/EVE. A member just contacted me saying that she forgot her login and re-requested that it be sent to her. So far she has not received it. Do you know what the lag time is from the request to the send? Also, are there ever any bugs with this?

I just tried it and it came immediately.

Ask her to try again by going to http://groupee.com (no www.) and requesting her password. If she still doesn't get it, then its likely her spam filter is intercepting it.

Spam filters can be real nuisance sometimes. Wink

You might want to post a blurb on your sight about having users check their spam filters if they are expecting an email from the board but don't get it. If their spam filters allow the user to add exceptions, they should add your domain and Infopop.
