Hello, I am unable to log into Groupee and therefore am unable to fill in a support ticket.

Here is the deal:

1) I go to Infopop.com

2) I click on My Account | Hosting Account

3) I enter my correct Groupee information

4) I get this error message "Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/infpadmin/domains/admin.infopop.com/private_html/api.php on line 24
failure (code; / response: (complete header: ))"

My cache is clear and I have a good cablemodem connection. What gives?

Also when I try to access my open Technical Support tickets, the IE globe whirls around a couple times and then I get a Done and a blank white screen. Very frustrating! Mad

Thanks,
Christa

I concur with the blank screen and the support ticket. I can login though.

I really need a support ticket about now.

You should still be able to goto https://www.infopop.com/q/q.php to fill out a suppport ticket.

Thanks, I submitted a support ticket. When I clicked on the SUBMIT button, I got a reference to a link to click on to check on the status of my ticket. When I clicked on that link, here is what I got:

Warning: main(/usr/www/infopop/html/infopoppers/view_ticket.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/infopopcom/domains/infopop.com/private_html/q/q.php on line 88

Warning: main(): Failed opening '/usr/www/infopop/html/infopoppers/view_ticket.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/infopopcom/domains/infopop.com/private_html/q/q.php on line 88

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: view_ticket() in /home/infopopcom/domains/infopop.com/private_html/q/q.php on line 89

Back to square #1.

For those needing to use the Webhosting Account area, this appears to be currently working.

I was able to get into my Tech Support area and submit a ticket last night, but as of this morning when I pull up the link to check on the status, I get that frustrating all-white screen again.

I guess everyone at Infopop is working all these other problems, because neither of the support tickets I submitted last night (one for an old issue, one for being shut out of Groupee) were answered as of this morning.

Yes I was able to make a support ticket yesterday. I did get a reply. Today the link to my support ticket is a blank screen.

I'm wondering if it will be ok come Monday or if I'll have to do another support ticket?

Sorry, folks. There were more issues than we first thought. We are working to correct the remaining problems. We apologize for the inconvenience.

By the way, we are getting your tickets and responding to them. You just don't know it. Frown

By the way, this had nothing to do with Groupee (the supprot ticket system does not use Groupee). I mention this because this problem was posted to a Groupee topic.

The problem with viewing support tickets has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience today.. all support tickets are viewable again.
