Just have a question for the groupee login system. Since Eve is only target towards enterprise solution now, and I believe most enterprise won't use this system.

What's is the plan for the groupee login system? Is there still any plan to develop the search function? directory? I believe Groupee mentioned this two before.

Because at the moment, I find that most ppl are confuse with this registration process. Do we still need to groupee login system if it no longer plan to develop?

I'm not sure I understand the question, but the short answer is that nothing is happening for existing eve sites using the Groupee login. It will continue to be available to them.

As for a community directory, that is probably unlikely for eve communities at this point, since, as you said, we are now targeting eve at a different customer base.

Ted,

Thanks for the quick reply. Smile

Maybe I should ask in this way... since Eve is target more towards enterprise now, and as you said the community directory no long develop at this point, will you allow existing customer to move from Groupee Login System back to the normal login system?

To be honest, I personally think that the benefit of Groupee login system is not that much now if directory no longer in development, and the Groupee login system as I said, simply give more confusion to our users/guests.

Thanks again Smile

P.S. Love this new style, the color looks great Smile

Hi 037-

I don't think we would have a problem if you really want to move off of the network, but I would not recommend it. Why not? All of your existing members would need to re-register, since they would not longer be able to use their old sign-in information. Thus, you would essentially be starting over. That would also mean that all existing content would be marked as created by guests.

If you really want to do that, just drop me a private message. I still think that being on the network as being advantageous for you, as well, even if no other network-related services are offered to you as an eve admin. For instance, we already have a ton of registered Groupee members and that number will grow exponentially soon (once we open up the new Groupee service to more people). Telling users that they can use the Groupee sign-in should reduce the barrier to entry for your community.
