Ok...I am having trouble loging into a board that I am a member of. I wasn't having any trouble until this "Groupee" thing came along. Do we have to create a new account with Groupee before we can get into the board we want to get in?

Hi Shygurl- You should not have to create a new account. Note that that this forum is for the Groupee Network login and that site does not use the Groupee Nework login.

That said, the site was upgraded to some new software so there is a chance there is a bug that is preventing you from properly logging in. We will investigate.

Sounds like a bug with their OneCommunity implementation. That is a system that integrates the login to SonyMusic's outside database. We are investigating.

Just an update. We see the problem (and it is related to the OneCommunity integration). This is one of those problems that usually involves work by multiple parties, however, so we may not have a resolution until later today. We'll keep you informed here.

(To outsiders reading this... this is NOT a Groupee Network issue. It is a OneCommunity issue confined to one site.)
