Can the size of avatars be adjusted smaller and larger?

hi there - did you mean that you want to adjust the size limit of avatars, or did you want a size limit to stretch the size of the avatar?

in your Eve control panel under Eve>>Members>>Profile Settings>>Options tab, you can set height & width limits. If these limits are set, the avatar will be forced to that size. if no limit is set, the avatar will be its original size.
