I run a forum devoted to equestrian sports, and I'm looking for a way to host occasionally chats with big-shot horse people where users would be able to submit questions, a moderator would approve them, and then the big shot would answer them. So it wouldn't be an actual chat with lots of people talking back and forth... more like a Q&A.

Does anyone know of good software solutions for this? I know that eve might work for it, but I'd like to look at other options as well.
