i don't know of any that exist in a downloadable format... are you able to actually right click on each image you want to preserve & choose "Save As"? i tried, and wasn't able to... let me check in with our team and see if there's a way to get those images or not...

I know that this is an old topic, but you can right click and save an image within the control panel in the edit images portion of the display settings. I had to do this to something I was attemptng to replace just incase I boogered it up and had to put it back.
