Has anyone developed a "handbook" that helps to welcome new moderators and gives them the basics on how to fill their roles? Tip, ideas etc.

We are putting up a new site and would like to have something to give to people who are willing to be moderators.

If I could use some of the work done in this area by someone with experience, it would be a great help indeed!
