We've closed our boards now for almost a month due to continued inappropriate posts by a few people, and we want to archive the old content as read only, but we'd like to "re-open" with non-public posting (only registered users able to post in "live" discussions), and still allow for some public "read only" content.

Is there a "how to" on this?
