Reports? What is everyone talking about? I'm curious.

Each month, we send out a report to customers (tailored to whatever product they're using). For OpenTopic/UBB.x customers, it includes personal stats on their community.

Here's the page where we keep the archive:

http://www.infopop.com/aboutus/newsletters/

If you're not receiving the newsletter, double check to make sure that your email is in the Admin contact section in the control panel...that's who should be receiving it.

Ok...I get those newsletter (YouMeWe stuff right?) but I have never seen personal stats on my boards. Maybe I just glanced over it. I'll look in the next newsletter.

Actually, YouMeWe is a general community management newsletter, non-product specific (in fact, people who don't even use our particular message boards might find it useful).

There are separate special newsletters for each product that contain product news, a tip of the month, and Infopop news. In your case, with a UBB.classic, you wouldn't get stats because we don't have access to that data. We can only do the stats for UBB.x/OpenTopic customers, since we have them available in the database.

Have you been receiving the UBB.classic monthly newsletter?

Ok. The only communication I receive from InfoPop is the YouMeWeUsThemSometimesHer newsletter.

Looks like we may need to do an update to our newsletter database...we mesh the new customers with the list, and it may have been a few months since we've done it. I'll see if I can get that fixed so that you start receiving it!

Any idea how long it'll take to get the September Community Report? I share this info with my members and they are asking why I have not posted the August stats yet.

Thanks.

We're working on getting that out today...the holiday weekend, as well as some staff turnover, has affected us this month. Sorry for the delay!
