i forget where this feature is located. can you tell me this explicitly. i find it so hard to find things (and re-find things) in groupee. it is so not intuitive.

If you go to Eve CP > Eve > Members > Registration Settings > Registration Banning you can add the address to the "deny from" email address list. That will keep them from being able to register with that email address.

If you're having problems with a guest, you can also use the IP Banning list.

Unlike email banning, IP banning applies to access for the entire site. Thus, this ban impacts more than just new registrations.

If you don't know the IP address of the user, you can find it in one of their posts by doing the following:

1) Find the offending post in the forum
2) Click the "edit" icon to edit the post
3) Click "Options" in the edit window
4) You will see a bunch of checkboxes, such as "signature" or "Disable Graemlin Conversions." Under those checkboxes, you should "IP for Post" with the user's IP address listed.
