We recently went to a premium membership subscription type registration with requirements to provide real names and some of the old members are having trouble updating their profiles and have asked me to update them for them. However, I can't seem to access their information from within the control panel. All I get is a permissions snap shot of desired task, and no profile information settings.

Suggestions?

i'm not sure what steps you're taking, but here's how i'd do this:

in the control panel, go to Eve>>Members>>Member Management and search for the user in question. in the search results, click on the user's display name - this will take you to their profile.

on the profile page, click the "View/Edit Complete Profile" that appears in the upper right-hand corner. you can edit their Display Name here.
