I found a great smilies resource. It has over 500 smilies, most of them are animated. I purchased the software package, costs around 20 bucks. However, you can download the program for free. I added a bunch of them to my forum and the response has been very enthusiastic. Just about everyone is using them on their posts.

Which UBB product?

In UBB.classic you're allowed to add up to 25 custom Graemlins. They're added through the control panel under Additional Settings.
