I don't believe you can do that with Eve. However, you can view the email addresses as a mailing list, then copy and paste that list into your own email client's BCC field.

Okay, technically, UBB.classic 6.3.1 sends out each email individually, so each recipient will get their own personalized copy without everyone else's email address.
