The company I work with uses UBB.x and we have numerous groups in several business units. People in different groups have interest in having communities, but we're not going to even attempt to have that many System Admins. What we are thinking of doing is creating a spreadsheet that units can use to indicate how they would like the preferences for each forum to be set (see Forum Settings in control panel). What I'm wondering is if anyone else has already created one of these and would be willing share it? Why re-invent the wheel, right? Am I making sense here?!

Multiple divisions with very different look and feel however they want avoid having seperate software and hosting for each forum.
