Hello Everybody,

I'm new here and have a question.

I'm a moderator at an infopop powered message board and am trying to monitor members who post under multiple screen names.

I want to put a stop to this but wasn't sure how.

Whats interesting is I clicked on their 'IP Logged' and the IP address is the same for every member. There are over 500 members so I know that can't be right.

Am I doing something wrong. Is there another way to check their IP's???

Any suggestions on how to regulate this???

I'm thinkin one of two things are happening.

1. All messages go to proxy on a main server.

or.

2. Possible bug.

if you don't mind, you can fill out a support ticket and we'll fiddle a bit and see if we see anything that could be it.

if you'd rather keep working on the boards, we can do that, but because we're in the wrong forums (this messageboard is for Eve - UBB.classic support is offered on the UBBCentral boards) we'll have to discuss it on the UBB.classic boards.
