OK, despite your (and Infopop's) best efforts to acquaint your users with how to retrieve a forgotten password, is anybody else think they're going to swallow broken glass at the next request to "send me my password"?
Ok, I'm better now.
BTW, I put together this page to help explain the self-explanatory process of getting your password sent to your users. Food for thought in case I'm not the only one tiring of this.
There will always be people like that. They are the same ones that post questions on your forum that are covered in your FAQ and are also current topics on your forum.
Oh and Tom, can you send me my password?

I deal with lost passwords a lot over here. I know it's something most Admins don't want to spend their time on, but once somebody learns to do it once, they should know from then on! I try to take the time to make sure they understand where they can retrieve it from for this purpose.
I spend more time, however, searching for lost license numbers...
