We will be conducting maintenance on the /5 cluster database (db02) Sunday evening. We will be affecting the same changes that we did on web02 this morning.

Unfortunately, due to staff scheduling problems outside of our control, the planned maintenance last night has been rescheduled for tonight. Nothing changes except the date.

Everything went remarkably well last night. However, we're monitoring some errors on db02's network interface. We believe the performance hit we've been experiencing today is due to these errors.

We have resolved the problem. However it requires a system reboot to apply the changes. Since we anticipate less than a 10-15 minute down time, I've been cleared to perform this maintenance immediately.
