Divine staff need to remove software for which we no longer have a need for (nor respective licenses). To do this, they require server reboots.

We expect minimal impact to the environment, however higher than average latency is to be expected.

We monitored some intermittant latency, but overall everything went very smoothly! The environment has been up, running, and stable for ~30 minutes.
