Woot! The update finished. Now I'm doing some last minute checks. Spotted and am fixing one problem, just making sure there aren't any more!

As soon as we're happy there we'll be turning things on (may be a wee while still).

Until then, I will keep pressing F5 every 2 seconds... (the auto refresh is too slow...)

You can usually force IRC through port 80. That's what I do at work.

Haha... how did I know I'd find a bunch of Ars junkies somewhere in the Infopop forums? It took me a while to find the right post... but I did it!

I think I broke my F5 key today.

Wow, I think my infopop is broken. Err wait, whats the status.

Dont worry about me. Its only temporary delierium. Doc says it will be better soon.

Observant Arsians may have noticed the forums are still down.

I'm grappling with Oracle and am hopeful we can be back up within an hour or two.

We'll be watching closely for any problems (bugs or performance) after the service is back up. In that event, be advised there may be a few outages as we rectify matters.
