Customers on the /2 and 3/ clusters have experienced a series of outages this week after the data center move on Saturday the 8th.

We've diagnosed an intermittent hardware failure in the storage arrays and therefore have swapped out the associated hardware in order to eliminate possible points of failure. The original equipment will be sent to our hradware vendor for load testing and repair before being returned to service.
