The systems team has found evidence of corrupted data blocks in some key indices and they need to run diagnostics on the disk array in preparation for rebuilding certain Oracle tables. Maintenance is set for for 10 PM PST today, April 01, 2003 [This is April 02 at 1 AM EST or 6 AM GMT]. We will reserve a 1 hour window for the task and expect 10 - 20 minutes of actual down time.

During this time there will be a message to users about the maintenance. Any further updates will be posted here in this topic.
