Summary:	Adding redundancy/fault-tolerance to network topology

We will be conducting very brief maintenance on our switch architecture for OpenTopic, the purpose being to improve switch fault-tolerance. Basically all OpenTopic customers will be affected. The maintenance is not expected to last more than a few moments, and likely will not noticably impact customers at all.

As per usual, additional updates will be posted here if needed as well as notification of completion.
