The page view counter that you are using must be embedded in the webpage in order for it to count a page view. Not all of our pages will embed the custom HTML so that it will register the page view. The posting form, control panel, and other pages.

I question the accuracy of the page view service you are using. I went to your site, and checked your page view count (1 for today) and then went back and refreshed the login page 10 times. Then checked the page view count again (still one). Each of those refreshes is a page view because our application is service a page to a user.
